Due to my products being one of a kind and handmade, I am unable to offer refunds or exchanges.

I can only accept returns/exchanges for reasons of my fault (i.e. wrong item sent.)

If for any reason you need a refund on your order, you MUST ship back the item back to me before getting your refund. You are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to me.

Please note, that due to the relative inconsistencies of various display monitors, the colors you see on your screen may not be an accurate representation of the actual product.

I combine orders and ship items all together when possible to reduce my shipping carbon footprint. Some items that are "merch" and "stationery" will not be combined with your ready-to-ship orders because they will ship to you straight from the warehouse.

If you would like to return any times from the two categories stated above (merch and stationery) please email me as soon as possible and we will work it out!
